Contact form

When you submit the contact form, the information you provide is sent to my email through an external form service. This website does not store form submissions, payment details or personal information in its own database.

Information you provide

Your name, contact details, preferred training type and message are used only to understand your request and respond. Do not enter sensitive information, passwords or medical details.

Nature of the service

The service provides training and practical implementation. It is not legal, financial, medical or information-security advice. Do not rely on an AI output for an important decision without human review and, where appropriate, advice from a qualified professional.

Sensitive information

Do not send or upload passwords, identifying data, medical information, confidential commercial information or financial permissions unless there is a clear need, agreement and suitable protection.

Pricing and cancellation

Fixed-price services are paid in advance through secure checkout. A booking is confirmed after payment is received and the date is agreed. Tailored work, on-site team workshops and travel charges are scoped and agreed in writing before payment.

A session may be rescheduled once at no charge when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or non-attendance may be charged in full, subject to applicable law. If Orel cancels, you may choose a new date or a full refund. If a group programme does not open because minimum enrolment is not reached, you may choose a full refund or transfer to another cohort.

Secure payment

Payment is processed by an external payment provider. This website does not receive or store card numbers. The payment methods shown at checkout depend on the provider, the customer's location and device.

Intellectual property

Training materials and templates supplied to a client are intended for personal or internal use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
